Vegetarian meatballs with spinach

  • 8 cubes of frozen spinach
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • Garlic
  • 80 ml of milk
  • 80 gr Bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Flour as needed
  • Bread crumbs
  • Seed oil

The procedure

  1. Fry the garlic in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil over low heat
  2. After a few seconds, remove the garlic and add the spinach cubes
  3. When they are cooked, let them cool and then chop them with a knife or crescent
  4. Pour everything into a large bowl then add the salt, eggs, milk, flour to thicken and the wet and squeezed crumb
  5. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture
  6. With your hands create the meatballs the size of a ping pong ball then passateke in breadcrumbs
  7. Fry the vegetarian meatballs in hot seed oil and once cooked place them on absorbent paper.

Vegetarian meatballs, chickpea meatballs

  • 250 grams of chickpeas
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 egg
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 50 grams of flour
  • Bread crumbs
  • 50 grams of bread crumbs
  • Chives
  • Olive oil

The preparation

  1. Blend the chickpeas with a teaspoon of oil, making sure that no lumps form
  2. Transfer the cream as soon as you get the cream into a bowl
  3. Add the flour, egg, salt to taste, the soaked and squeezed crumb and a pinch of chives
  4. Mix everything very well and create the balls
  5. Put a sheet of parchment paper on a rectangular baking tray and place the meatballs previously passed in the breadcrumbs
  6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
