  • 5 drops of thyme essential oil
  • 5 drops of mint essential oil
  • 20 grams of baking soda
  • 5 drops of tea tree essential oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vegetable glycerin available in herbal medicine, just enough to adjust the consistency
  • A teaspoon of lemon juice
  • Sterilized glass jar
  • Mortar

You will need the mortar to better mix all the ingredients. Mixing the grains of salt might seem difficult but with a little patience you will succeed!

  1. Take the mortar and put both the sage and the mint in it and pound until you get a very fine powder
  2. Pour the powder into a bowl then add the baking soda, salt and mix until everything is mixed well
