  • 6 medium organic courgettes
  • 250 grams of mozzarella
  • 1 pack of bechamel
  • 100 grams of cooked ham cut into thin slices
  • A handful of shredded peeled almonds
  • Salt and pepper
  • Bread crumbs
  • Grated cheese

Baked zucchini with mozzarella, the preparation

  1. Wash the courgettes well then cut them into slices half a centimeter thick lengthwise
