  • 180 grams of sugar
  • 90 grams of melted butter
  • 1 whole egg
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 sachet of yeast.

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the milk with the butter, the eggs and the waste from the centrifuge
  2. In a separate bowl, sift the sugar, flour, yeast
  3. Combine the two compounds and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin cups filling them 2/3 of their height
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
  6. Let it cool and serve
