To make about 8 popsicles you need 4 glasses of pulp, 2 tablespoons of sugar (white or brown), a glass of water and the juice of half a lemon.
For the procedure, simply dissolve the sugar in the water and boil this sweet syrup for 5 minutes, add the fruit pulp and lemon juice and pour everything into the ice lolly molds; if desired, you can also add mint leaves or small pieces of fresh fruit.   • 180 grams of flour
  • 180 grams of sugar
  • 90 grams of melted butter
  • 1 whole egg
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 1 sachet of yeast.


  1. In a bowl, mix the milk with the butter, the eggs and the waste from the centrifuge
  2. In a separate bowl, sift the sugar, flour, yeast
  3. Combine the two compounds and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin cups filling them 2/3 of their height
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
  6. Let it cool and serve
